Prices for products are described on our Website are as per our evaluation and understanding. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at gmastrunk.com’s discretion.

Shipping:

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon gmastrunk.com’s shipment to the shipping carrier. We use few best third party logistics for shipment of products and charges may vary as per the nature of product, weight and location.

Product Properties:

All of our products are handcrafted using natural raw materials. Certain variations in colour, texture and finishing are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products are craft based and involves hand spinning, dying, weaving, embroidery, hand painting and printing etc. Any irregularity in print and texture is not a defect but one of the most prominent feature of handmade or handloom products. No two products can be exact same as its handmade unlike the machine made.

Colours – We try our best to display the product colour as accurate as original. However, the colours may vary due to lighting of the individual screen. We cannot guarantee your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from us are made with third party logistics contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

As per these Terms, users are solely responsible for every content posted on the Website.
